Milner-Schwarz House

Fairgrounds Park 710 South Railroad Ave.

Loveland CO 80537

Loveland’s oldest surviving brick home, the 1873 Milner-Schwarz Farmhouse, has stood near the Big Thompson River for over 150 years, surviving three major floods. In 2010 Loveland Historical Society partnered with the City of Loveland to stabilize and restore the house. The grounds feature a miniature garden railroad, windmill, flowers, and herbs including a water-wise CSU Master Garden, and a community garden. Events and tours are held at the Milner-Schwarz house April to October. Check the website calendar for current opportunities.
