The Milner/Schwarz Farmhouse Event Area
The event area at the historic Milner Schwarz House Museum is available for private rental seven days a week, 7:30am to 9:00pm from May 1st to September 30th, black-out dates excepted. It is a lovely outdoor area for small weddings, receptions, reunions, and picnics.

Loveland Historical Society does not provide tables, chairs, food, etc.

Please keep all guests on the lawn and cement paths
Rates

$80.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum

Damage Deposit: $200 (refundable)

You will be charged for set up time through clean up time

Half of the rental fee is required to book the site and is non-refundable

Balance is due 30 days prior to the event along with your damage deposit
