The Milner/Schwarz Farmhouse Event Area

The event area at the historic Milner Schwarz House Museum is available for private rental seven days a week, 7:30am to 9:00pm from May 1st to September 30th, black-out dates excepted.  It is a lovely outdoor area for small weddings, receptions, reunions, and picnics.

Facility Details

  • Capacity is 49 people

  • Rental is for the outdoor event area only – The museum is available by appointment only

  • Restrooms are located to the north at Old Fairgrounds Park

  • Loveland Historical Society does not provide tables, chairs, food, etc.

  • Potable water is not available on the site

Restrictions

  • No fires

  • No animals, except service animals

  • No smoking on the premises

  • No rice, birdseed, confetti, or canned string

  • No bikes, skateboards or skates

  • Children must be supervised

  • Please keep all guests on the lawn and cement paths 

Rates

  • $80.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum

  • Damage Deposit: $200 (refundable)

  • You will be charged for set up time through clean up time

  • Half of the rental fee is required to book the site and is non-refundable

  • Balance is due 30 days prior to the event along with your damage deposit
