Reserve a Community Garden Plot
701 South Railroad, Loveland, CO 80537
The Aim of the Loveland Historical Society Community Garden is to create a
superlative gardening space while enhancing the experience of visitors to the1800's Milner-Schwarz House. Like all of the programs of the LHS, this is one of stewardship for one of Loveland's greatest historical resources.

There are 12 plots and 2 raised beds in the gardens. The plots are approximately 12' x12' and will be leased for the summer for $70 each. The raised beds are 9' x 3' and leased for $15 each. LHS will rototill each plot in the spring, with gardener access to plots early May. Three hose bibs are located along the east fence; gardeners are required to hand water or remain at the site during watering. Gardeners have access to the community gardens from dawn to dusk, seven days a week until October 31.Two hours of Community service at the Milner-Schwarz House is required for each plot and one hour for each raised bed.
